TERMS OF DELIVERY
MAXTEL Ltd is a distribution company that trades in wholesale and supplies its goods to the country with the help of courier company SPEEDY and D & D EXPRESS or through a chosen courier company for its account.
What the delivery includes:
The delivery includes ordered goods, invoice and warranty for the goods. Each product is delivered with the ability to be reviewed before payment. A tax invoice is issued for each delivery.
Delivery terms:
For the whole country delivery is within 24-48 hours on business days after confirmation of your order or depending on when the courier company visits the settlement.
Delivery prices:
Delivery is free of charge for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria for orders over 150 leva excluding VAT. For goods below this value, the delivery is BGN 5 extra. The costs of the payment are charged to the client.

Art. 55. (1) The consumer shall have the right, without indemnity or forfeiture and without giving any reason, to cancel the concluded distance contract within 7 working days as of the date of:
1. receipt of the goods by the consumer when the requirements of Art. 54 – for goods;
2. the conclusion of the contract, and where the obligations under Art. 54 are executed after the conclusion of the contract – from the day of their execution, but not later than the term under par. 3 – for services.

(6) The supplier shall be obliged to refund to the consumer in full the amounts paid by him / her not later than 30 days from the date when the consumer exercised his / her right of withdrawal from the concluded contract.
(7) The user shall be obliged to store the goods received by the supplier, their quality and safety during the term under par. 1.
